Delivery

Our goods, carefully packaged on departure, travel under the sole responsibility of the buyer.
In the event of damage, all reservations must be made with the carrier upon receipt of the goods.

FASANO BV/SRL authorizes itself to automatically insure any delivered goods whose amount exceeds 1.500,00 € (excluding VAT) and to pass the price of this insurance on to the buyer. Below this amount, if no order to insure the goods has been given to FASANO BV/SRL, the latter is authorized to assume that all risks relating to transport have been insured by the buyer. When the insurance has been taken out by the FASANO SRL (even when the price of this insurance is invoiced to the buyer) and damage occurs, the buyer assigns his rights of action against the party responsible to the FASANO BV/SRL .

For France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: via UPS
Free delivery from 250,00 € (excluding VAT)

For other countries: via UPS (By DHL or FEDEX on request)
Transport costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery address.
These do not take into account local taxes and any additional costs, which are specific to each country and that we are not aware of.
